With our wood doors we offer a custom colour match option using only the finest paints, meaning whatever you can dream up, we can make it happen!

  • How do I go about choosing my tile and countertops?

    There are many options when it comes to countertops, we can provide laminate, granite, quartz and marble amongst others. We send you directly to our wholesaler, so you can see the exact slab that is going to become your countertop and configure it the way you want it. With numerous price points you will be able to find a perfect match for your kitchen that suits your budget.

    Tile selection can be overwhelming, with an almost infinite amount of options when it comes choosing a tile, accent and boarder tile the possibilities are endless. You can choose tile direct from our supplier, giving you the opportunity to see and feel the tile prior to purchase, making you confident in your decision. If you’re having trouble making a decision, one of our professionals are always available to give you our expert opinion.

  • Are the choices of my plumbing and electrical fixtures limited?

    No, you may choose any faucet or lighting fixture you please as long as it is compatible with the other fixtures you have chosen. We ask our clients to supply their own fixtures and have them at your home by the start date due to the amount of options and lines, so you get exactly what you want. However if you do in fact need help choosing or you’re not able to pick them up we can assist you in any way you need.

  • What type of material will be used in my kitchen or bathroom?

  • Will I know exactly what I will be getting once I make a commitment to a kitchen or bathroom makeover?

    100%. Everything that will be installed in your home will be laid out and communicated to you prior to signing the contact. Plum Kitchen and Bath offers complete selection and services, something most contractors do not provide. You will be given a broken down quote of exactly what will be installed in your new space, there’s never a surprise.

  • Do I have to leave my home during the time Plum is installing my new Kitchen or Bathroom?

    Absolutely not! We realize how big of commitment getting a new Kitchen or Bath and letting people into your home is. At Plum we pride ourselves on being as non-intrusive as possible, in a clean and respectful manner. Our crews clean up every evening, insuring minimal mess, dust and disruption to you and your family.

  • Are all of your workers licensed and background checked?

    Yes, anyone who steps foot in your home is licensed carries a minimum of $2000000.00 liability and WCB plans. All employees and installers have an extensive criminal background check, so you know that anyone who is in your home has your best intentions at heart.

  • How many workers will be in my home?

    Dependent on the size and complexity of your job will decide how many workers will be in your house. We use specific trades for what is required in your space. We only use certified plumbers for plumbing, electricians for electrical etc. Once you discuss your project with one of our experts they will be able to tell you exactly how many trades are required for your new kitchen or bath.

  • How long have you been in business?

  • Can Plum Kitchen and Bath provide a certificate of insurance?

    Absolutely, any certificate of insurance or liability we would be happy to provide prior to starting the job or any time during.

  • Is it required I be home while my remodel takes place?

    No, not at all. All of our installers and thoroughly background check and carry a minimum of $2000000 in liability insurance. Many of our clients will book their renovation while they are away on holidays, with a new kitchen or bath to return home to.

  • Can I keep existing fixtures (shower, sink etc.) and just remodel around it?

    Yes, we can work around mostly anything you would like to keep. There are certain scenarios where something may not be able to stay, but each situation is different. Contact us to speak with one of our design experts for any questions specific to your space.

  • What time does my installer show up and leave everyday?

    The installer will generally show up within a 1 hour window on the first day between 830-930, dependent on where your home is located and traffic. Typically our lead installer will speak with you in regards to the weekly schedule, making sure that you are comfortable with the times we have laid out, most of our crews work from 8 am until 4 pm, Monday to Friday.

  • Does Plum dispose of all my old material?

    Yes, we dispose of all old material for you so when we walk out of your space it is ready for you to use. If material is still salvageable we always do our best to recycle as much as we can, as well as donate items to the less fortunate if still in good enough condition.

  • Can you moving plumbing (toilet, sink, tub etc.)?

    Yes, we are capable of moving plumbing to facilitate the remodel of your kitchen or bathroom.
